The project
January, a month where most people have little money available, is the perfect month to show our users that they can count on us and even on the stars. Through fun and easy to read mails aligned to a trending topic, the stars, we will tell our users that they have a percentage of RappiCredits available to enjoy all the verticals. This way we will show them how the universe and Rappi aligned so they can enjoy and save at the same time from their SuperApp.
At the start of a new year most people are a little superstitious of what will await them this start of the year, and more so after one like 2020. That's why we will show you how the stars aligned with Rappi so that this new year starts with the best energy, and what better way to do it than through RappiCredits for all that you need.
/ Inspiring with design
The proposed marketing campaign for Rappi attracted new users at a time when many people may have limited funds. By offering RappiCredits that can be used across multiple industries, Rappi hopes it boosted sales and increased revenue, while reinforcing the idea that users can count on the SuperApp. The use of a trending topic such as stars and superstitious beliefs can generated great expectation and participation in social networks around the Rappi brand. Overall, the campaign increased customer loyalty and retention and generated positive sentiment towards the brand.
