Fincaraiz is the #1 real estate firm that has been in business for over 30 years in Colombia. While they have built a solid reputation for providing high-quality services to their clients, their brand identity and messaging have become outdated and no longer effectively represent the business or resonate with their target audience.



Objectives

The main objective of the rebranding campaign is to update the company's brand identity and messaging to better reflect their values and connect with their target audience. Specific objectives include:
• Develop a new brand identity, including a new logo and color scheme, that reflects the company's values and personality.
• Create a modern and user-friendly website that showcases the company's services and expertise.
• Develop a clear and compelling brand message that resonates with the company's target audience.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the new brand and increase brand awareness.

Process

The rebranding process begins with research and analysis. We conduct market research to gain insight into the company's target audience, competitors, and industry trends. We also review the company's existing brand assets and messaging to identify areas for improvement.

Based on our research and analysis, we develop a brand strategy that outlines the company's brand personality, messaging, and visual identity. We present several options for the new brand identity, including logo designs, color palettes, and typography.

Once the new brand identity is approved, we move on to the website redesign. We create a modern and user-friendly website that showcases the company's services and expertise. The website features clear messaging and calls to action that encourage visitors to contact the company.
